
You can then copy (go to settings > system > storage > memory unit > games and apps > press Y > copy) or install (home > press X on the game in the drive > install) your games to the usb drive. This will format the drive so it can be used with the 360. To rip your games, plug in the usb drive and if its not formatted, go to settings > system settings > storage > USB storage device > configure now. If you already have your games on a usb drive, you can skip the first step.
wx360 - used to extract files from the iso. God2ISO - used to convert installed Xbox 360 games to an iso. Wxpirs - used to extract XBLA games and demos.
